Celis, Ma. Teresita A. Manalo, and Joyce Ann B. Zinampan and will also act as industrialist/capitalist partners. Ms. Joyce Ann B. Zinampan will facilitate the extensive promotional campaign of the Toddler Learning Center utilizing flyers, tarpaulin, and Facebook account, before the actual opening. Christine Joy B. Celis and. Ma. Teresita A. Manalo will be incharge in the renovation of the business site. During the operational period, Dr. Herminigilda F. Cabanting will act as the General Manager while Christine Celis, Joyce Ann Zinampan and Ma. Teresita Manalo will be the tutors of the Center. Marketing Feasibility The target market will be toddler ages 2 to 3 years old. However, since parents are the ones who will pay the service fee, a survey questionnaire was distributed to 110 households. Based from the survey conducted ninety-eight (98) or 89.09 percent parents agreed to send their kids in a tutorial center while (12) or 10.91 percent doesn't want to send their kids in a tutorial center. Undoubtedly, people living around these areas are financially capable of sending their kids to our Center. It is further accentuated by the fact that these people are busy and spending most of their time attending to numerous business or personal commitments, thus making it impossible for them to teach the basic letters, shapes, colors and arts to their kids. Marketing strategies and promotions will be considered in order to get the attention of the customers. Leaflets will be distributed and handled out to various business establishments, offices, schools and jeepney stations. Technical Feasibility The center will function as basic learning center for the toddler ages 2 to 3. The center will offer basic education in letter, shapes, colors and arts. The center will be opened from Monday to Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm, 6 hours a day. The business will be responsible for the children's physical safety and security while they are at the center. Several services will be offered by the center. Children can play, read, write, sleep, watch TV and do other activities for fun. They are free to do everything during play time in the center under the careful supervision of professional and well-trained personnel. Financial Feasibility The proponents will invest PhP1,200,000.00 for this project to be operational. This will constitutes for all the necessary expenses for the month which include permits and licenses, purchase of office equipment, furniture and fixtures, cost of materials and labor needed for the renovation of the area that will be incurred in the preparation of the business. The expected return of investment will be 0.49 which implies that for every PhP1.00 of invested capital by the owner and used to generate revenue, it yielded PhP0.49 of net income. Socio-Economic Feasibility As a private entity, profitability comes first but socio-economic benefit must also be considered. Hence, it will be done by ensuring its contribution to the community. The business will give the community quality tutorial center at the reasonable price. The business will help alleviate employment problem by providing job opportunities to individuals during the pre-operations and operation period. This competition will lead to other entrepreneur to be more competitive in putting their own business. CONCLUSIONS TO FEASIBILITY Based from the facts and data presented, and together with the projected financial statement and financial ratio analysis, the researchers concluded that establishing Toddler Learning Center in Barangay Tandang Kutyo is feasible.
