Management Feasibility The proponents of this project are Angelica U. Dalit, Aryan F. Llamasares, and Charlotte N. Llamasares who will act as capitalist/industrialist partners. Engr. George Aminal, a well-to-do Civil Engineer, will also act as a capitalist/ industrialist partner, while Mr. Sam Jojardin, a landowner, will act as a capitalist partner. The proponents will equally share their capital contribution with corresponding percentage of ownership to start and operate the business. The proponents will hire laborers to meet the necessary labor requirements of the business during construction of the building. The business will be a line type organization composing of eight (8) personnel who shall be compensated with a total monthly salary of PhP86,060.00. The office hours will start at 8:00 am and shall close at 5:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. Marketing Feasibility The target market will be composed of street vendors within the barangay and the households who are interested in investing on this proposed business. The proponents conducted a survey in the area using a questionnaire checklist to gather the needed market data. Based on the survey conducted, there was a need for public market where street vendors can sell their agricultural products in Barangay Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal. Moreover, the result of the survey showed that 88 percent of the target market was willing to rent a stall. The business will have a projected income from the rental fee amounting to PhP5,664,000.00; PhP28,560.00 from comfort room maintenance fee, Php12,000.00 from penalty fee like negligence of proper waste disposal; and PhP178,560.00 from the meat inspection services. The Sampaloc Agri-Market will ensure efficient and effective market service to satisfy its target market and the citizens of the barangay. The business will formulate sound and reasonable rules and regulations in the market area to ensure that both parties will adhere to the same. Technical Feasibility The business will provide the street vendors of Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal a permanent, well-organized market that is convenient to the consumers. The construction of the Sampaloc Agri-Market is imperative in the area for it will provide safe, accessible, conducive and clean agricultural products and services suited to the needs of the local residents as well as to nearby towns. The market office will start its operation at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. Every Sunday will be a rest day for the office staff. However, the vendors' operating hours will start at 5:00 am to 8:00 pm from Monday to Sunday. As a part of its objective, the personnel will be sent to various trainings and seminars to help them expand their knowledge and maintain their competitiveness. The business believes that training and experience will help the personnel become more productive employees who will contribute to the profitability of the business. Financial Feasibility The initial capital requirement of the project is PhP9,493,932.79, the source of which will be the capitalization of the partners. Each partner will contribute an amount corresponding to their percentage of share that will have a total of PhP10,700,000.00. Financial assumptions were made and used as the bases of financial statements. In the first year of operation, it is expected that certain losses will be incurred because of the huge amounts of expenses needed to put up the business. All the expenses incurred are deducted from the gross income including 30% income tax. The net income shall be distributed according to each partners' share in equity. Socio-Economic Feasibility The business aims to be known as an establishment that provides and ensures safe and clean agricultural products and services to the vendors of the community as well as a recognized institution that provides quality services, adhering to the rules and regulation of the local and the national government concerning environmental stewardship, social responsibility and its economic duty. The business will help the people and community by providing job opportunities to individuals during the pre-operational and operation periods thus, helping the community lessen unemployment issues. The business will also be contributing to the government revenues through taxes levied on the licenses for the building requirements, value added taxes on service offered by the business, and real estate taxes on property. CONCLUSION TO FEASIBILITY Evidently, from the financial and profitability ratio analyses, it earned affirmative results as it increases each year of business operation. Moreover, the cash payback period also speaks of a very encouraging results since the business can recover its investment in just 3 years, 4 months and 2 days of continuous business operation thus, the researchers concluded that establishing an Agri Market in Barangay Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal is feasible
