The main goal of the business is to exceed consumers' expectations when it comes to the rice dish, as well as to establish a sustainable online-based business that can survive on cash flow and use the platform to sell and promote items. The Silog ng Bayan is a Partnership comprised of three (3) owners. The capital contributed by each owner totals eighty thousand pesos. The company employs two (2) people: a cook and a staff. The company will be open from Monday to Saturday. Its hours of operation are 7:00 am to 6:00 p.m. The salary varies depending on the role of the employee as well as the mandatory government contributions such as SSS, Pag-ibig, and Phil health.
