The study aimed to determine the impact of technological advancement on the recruitment process of employees. It was conducted during the second semester of school year 2013-2014. The respondents of the study were seventy- five (75) employees of Prime Technology Specialist Inc. in City land Shaw Tower. Shaw Boulevard corner St. Francis Street Mandaluyong City
The study made use of Descriptive method of research using the questionnaire check-list It is used to obtain information concerning the current status of the phenomena to describe what exist with respect to variables or conditions in a situation.
