EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The Study entitled Neuroticism and Cyber bullying of Selected High School Students in Morong, Rizal, was conducted with the purpose of determining the extent of neuroticism and cyber bullying of selected high school students in Morong, Rizal. It was conducted during the school year 2014-2015. The respondents of the study were selected high school students in Morong, Rizal. The aspects of the neuroticism such as emotional instability, anxiety, moodiness, irritability and sadness were used to determine the extent of neuroticism and cyber bullying of selected high school students in Morong, Rizal. The researcher made questionnaire checklist was used as the main instrument in gathering the needed data which were content validated by the experts in Psychology. The data were analyzed using mean and rank distribution in determining the facebook experiences of the respondents and computed mean in the extent of neuroticism and cyber bullying of the selected high school students with respect to the different aspect such as emotional instability, moodiness, anxiety, irritability and sadness. Cyber bullying sometimes affect the five neuroticism aspects: emotional, instability, anxiety, moodiness, irritability and sadness with respect to their experiences and there is a significant relationship in the cyber bullying to the aspects of neuroticism of the selected high school students in Morong, Rizal. Based from the summary of findings and conclusions drawn, the following recommendations are hereby offered. School may provide, enhance and sustain programs or lectures about cyber bullying for the students to be aware on what Cyber bullying is. Homeroom Guidance sessions should be conducted to manage emotional conflict of the victims. Parallel studies should be conducted considering other variable.
