Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study was conducted to determines the motivating factors affecting the oral communication skills of selected students of Bernardo F. San Juan National High School during the School Year 2014-2015. The respondents of the study were the one hundred and twenty (120) students composed of thrity (30) representatives per year which were chosen form a total of one thousand six hundred seventy three (1673) enrollees using the fish bowl technique. The study used the descriptive method utilizing a researcher made questionnaire as the main instrument of the study. Frequency and percentage distribution were used to establish the profile of the respondents.
