EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study entitled Development of Clutch Aligning Tool in used to determine the Durability, Safety, Usefulness, Functionality of the study. During the actual operation, the researchers made used of evaluation sheet with the help of automotive instructor and the advisers of the researchers, who evaluated the durability, safety, usefulness, functionality. Based from the testing and revision phase and from the evaluation of the complete project, the developed Clutch Aligning Tool could be constructed and developed out of locally available materials. On the try-out and revisions, the Developed Clutch Aligning Tool was tested, wherein different troubles found during the operation were discovered, and through try-out and revisions, the project attained its function output and reached some of the equipment objectives. On the level of acceptability of the project, in terms of safety and maintenance, the device as perceived by the end users is extremely safe and easy. In terms of usefulness, functionality and durability, the experts perceived that the device is extremely useful, functional and durable. It was found out that there is no significant difference between the evaluations made by the automotive experts and end users on the acceptability of developed Clutch Aligning Tool in terms of four variables; usefulness. Durability, Safety and Functionality.
