The research was conducted during the Academic Year 2017 - 2018 in University of Rizal System - Morong, Tanay Municipal Hall, Tanay Water District, and Tanay National High School. The respondents of the study were the Industrial Arts faculty and experts in plumbing. This study used the descriptive-evaluative method of research utilizing the questionnaire - checklist in testing the level of acceptability of the mentioned output. Mean and Independent t - test were the statistical tools used to answer problems in line with the study. The study revealed that the level of acceptability of the developed learning module as perceived by the Industrial Arts faculty and plumbing experts with respect to objectives, contents, activity, graphics, language and style and usefulness was very highly accepted. This was justified by the computed mean of the two groups of respondents. This study proved that the perception of the two groups of respondents on the acceptability of the developed learning module in basic plumbing has no significant difference with respect to the objectives, contents, activity, graphics, language and styles and usefulness. Based on the findings of the study, the developed learning module is very highly acceptable to both plumbing experts and Industrial Arts faculty with respect to objective, contents, activities, graphics, language and style and usefulness. Based on the findings and derived conclusion of the study, the researchers arrived on the following recommendations which are the validation of the module by language experts be done, parallel studies should be conducted for the effectiveness of the developed module and self - instruction should be utilized by professors and instructors to provide students a mean whereby they can progress at their maximum rate. This will minimize apparent deficiencies in learning.
