The study was conducted to determine the Core Values of the Municipal Employees in Tanay, Rizal Calendar Year 2018. The respondents of the study were the 140 employees and 62 clients. The study utilized the descriptive method of research. The study used a content validated survey questionnaire checklist, to gather primary and pertinent data, the instrument consisted of two parts. Part I, dealt with the respondent's profile in terms of sex, age, civil status, monthly income, designation, highest educational attainment, and length of service. Part II, consisted of the core values practices of municipal employees of Tanay, Rizal with respect to values such as responsible, excellence, environmental values, socially responsive citizenry and self-reliant. The secondary data were gathered through the use of relevant, related foreign/local studies, books and websites were treated with the use of frequency, percentage and rank distribution, mean and standard deviation and T-test. The findings of the study with respect to the profile of the respondents in terms of the variables given were sought resulting to have majority numbers of female, 36-45 years old; married, with the monthly income of 10,001-20,000; are Admin officers; College graduate and 10 years and below in the service. Furthermore, the majority of the employees, always practiced the Core values of responsible, excellence, environmental values, socially responsive citizenry and self-reliant and the client respondents revealed that Core values were sometimes practiced by the municipal employees. The municipal employees always practiced and reports on time, Give the best of his/her ability, Segregate waste according to their category, Prioritize elder, pregnant, and PWD at all times and Always Confident to their own ability at work. Employees and clients found among others being Responsible as always practiced in the workplace. There is a significant difference of the perception of the respondents on the core values of the employees.
