Online resources: Dissertation note: GSTHESIS Master in Public Administration University of Rizal System, Rodriguez, Rizal Summary: This study was conducted during C.Y. 2021-2022 to assess the Records Management Practices of Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) towards Effective Implementation. The study was focused on 102 respondents for the quantitative approach and 10 participants for qualitative, Qualitative approach used phenomenological design and quantitative approach used descriptive survey of which results have been supported by participants' view. The researcher developed interview guide and adopted a questionnaire checklist which was validated by the experts as to language and relevance before gathering the needed data. From the gathered data, the following findings are hereby summarized: As for Records Management Practices in terms of records creation and validation (M=4.29), the agency has adopted significant measures to handle records, however, the agency has yet to improve particularly its resources to maintain, secure and protect documents. On records maintenance and use (M=4.08), the system assures the public that record keeping is not a task for compliance.
