This study aimed to determine the status of the Health and Safety Compliance of all secondary public schools in Rodriguez, Rizal school year 2022- 2023. The study used a qualitative-evaluative design and documentary analysis. The respondents of the study were ten teachers, ten parents and ten students from five secondary public schools. Most of the teacher respondents were females and have been serving their institutions for decades. While the parent respondents were minimum wage earners. The student respondents were mostly female and belonged to grade nine. All schools followed the department of education memorandum number 14 series of 2020 a compliance in the Routine and Protocol in Health and Safety. Most of the teachers, parents and students believe that the number of students can really affect the compliance of the school in terms of adhering and following the guidelines. School facilities also affected the school compliance on the health and safety especially in purchasing equipment and medical supplies in maintaining their compliance, these can be rooted from the lacking or misalignment of budget from MOOE. The feedback of the respondents on the health and safety compliance of the schools are the willingness to return in normal school year, Local Government Unit partnership for varied disinfection process and school physical condition and good facilities.
