The study was undertaken to determine the problems encountered by Sanyang Motors in San Jose, Rodriguez Rizal The subjects of the study were thirty (30) employees of the company. During the Second Semester since 2013-2014. The study made use of descriptive method of research utilizing questionnaire checklist which is divided in two parts first is the profile of respondents and the second part is the different problems encountered. The questionnaire-checklist is divided into two parts. The first part includes the profile of the respondents in terms of sex, civil status, position, and length of service, estimated monthly sales.
