The study was undertaken to determine the Effectiveness of Operation Management in Selected junkshops in Rodriguez, Rizal, the importance of it why was being studied. These also provide information to those junkshop operators on how to manage their business carefully and how to operate it to become successful. And it gives an idea, if what of operation they used in operation junkshop business. It was conducted during the first semester of school year 2011- 2012 The respondents of the study were the thirty (30) selected junkshop operators in Rodriguez, Rizal This study utilized the Descriptive method in describing operation as perceived by the junkshop operators. The descriptive method of the research is a fact finding study with adequate and accurate interpretation of objectives. It utilized Questionnaire checklist as a data gathering instrument.
