This study is important because as future professional it is good to be aware of what problems may be encountered when it comes in actual fields. Most of fresh graduates are unknown of real happenings in their future work, this study has it Using the qualitative research method, the researchers formed a guide question and validated by the experts. The researchers looked for five private companies and public organizations. Each has one representative that was interviewed and is a human resource professional like HR Director, HR Manager and HR Staff. The study was conducted in Quezon City area and Montalban area In Quezon city the companies and organizations are Commission on Audit. Philippine coconut authority. B.I.R., DSWD and Corsan Realty Corporation and in Montalban area are Holly Rosary multi-purpose, Millex Aggregates Corporation, Cuerpo Construction Corporation, Pacific Concrete Products, and University of Rizal System After the researchers got the data, it was analyzed using thematic analysis to interpret the results After analyzing the data, the researchers found out that during the recruitment, selection, placement and training the common issues and challenges are some job applicants are submitting incomplete requirements. asking for higher salary and position to the applicants that has high skilled and has a lot of experienced Some are applying but their experience was not enough for the requrements of the job and having negative attitudes and sometimes wrong person have been given training. In achievement of organization goals the problems were unproductive employees, having bad weather, corruption in company/organization, and not enough budget to support the manpower need of the organization.
