Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resources Development Management University of Rizal System, Rodriguez, Rizal 2019 Summary: This study primarily aimed to determine the problems met by HRDM graduates in looking for employment as perceived by HRDM graduates it was conducted during the School Year 2018-2019 The subjects of the study were the problems met in looking for employment as perceive by human resource development management graduates composed of two different schools, Colegio de Montalban and University of Rizal System Rodriguez Campus. The human resource development management graduates were the respondents with fifteen (15) URS HRDM graduates and fifteen (15) CDM in total of thirty (30). The researchers used descriptive survey to meet the objectives of the study regarding the problems met in seeking employment. For better results and accurate interpretation, the data gathered were analyzed and treated as follows. To know the profile of the respondents in terms of age, sex and school graduated Frequency, Percentage and Rank distribution were used To know the extent of the problems met by the HRDM graduates in looking for employment in terms of communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills, interpersonal skills. technical and computer literacy, leadership management skills and learning skills, mean was used while to test if there is a significant difference on the problems met by the HRDM graduates when they are grouped according to their profile Anova was used.
