Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resources Development Management University of Rizal System, Rodriguez, Rizal 2012 Summary: This study aimed to know the Level of Job Satisfaction of Employees in International Business Machine (IBM) at Commonwealth, Quezon City. Job Satisfaction is an attitude, the clearly distinguish the objects of cognitive evaluation which are affect emotion, beliefs and behaviors employee's attitudes will form towards their jobs by taking into account our feelings, our belief and our behaviors. There were One Hundred (100) Respondents, specifically; Seventy (70) Agent, Ten (10) Supervisor, Three (3) Manager, Five (5) Team coach and Twelve (12) Other Positions. It was conducted during the first semester of School year 2011-2012. The study used Descriptive method. This method of research is a fact- finding study with adequate and accurate interpretation of objectives. The researchers used the Questionnaire Checklist which was presented and validated by the experts. It utilized Questionnaire Checklist. For the statistical treatment of Data, Frequency, Percentage Distribution and Ranking were used to determine the profile of the respondents. Mean was used to know the Level of Job Satisfaction on the benefits and services, working condition and human relations of the employee. Computed f. value was utilized to know the significant difference on the level of job satisfaction on the benefits and services, working condition and human relation of IBM according to the profile of the respondents. The findings showed that fifty-two (52) respondents are female and forty-eight (48) are male. With regards to their age, most employees ages ranged from 23-32 and above with frequency of 68 or 68.0 percent. In terms of civil status majority of employees were single and above frequency of 70 or 70.0 percent. In terms of length of service, 50 employees 50.0 percent had been in the organization from lycar below.
