The study ailted to know the Implementation of Disciplinary Procedures at Private Companies. The subjects of the study were the 10 selected employees and the HR Manager of Kabalikst Para sa Maurilad na Buhay Inc. (KMBI). 50 selected employees and HR Manager of EL. Anolin Construction and 32 selected employees and HR Manager of Rizal Poultry and Livestock Association Inc. (RPLAI)
The researchers used the quantitative and qualitative method of research to determine the Implementation of Disciplinary Procedures at Private Companies
Generally this study was focused in determining the profile of the respondents in terms of Age Sex and Length of Service Furthermore the extent of implementation of Disciplinary Procedures at Private Companies in terms of employee offenses and sanction and monitoring. Moreover, it fried to find the problems encountered in implementation of Disciplinary Procedures at Private Companies
The results of the study were tallied, computed and interpreted using appropriate statistical treatment like frequency, percentage distribution and ranking for the profile of the respondents Mean was utilized to determine the extent of Implementation of Disciplinary Procedures at Private Companies.
