This study aimed to identify the implementation of motivational strategies in ESCA Incorporated in Quezon City. It was conducted during the School Year 2015-2016. The respondents of the study were thirty (30) randomly selected employees from different job position in the company.
The study utilized descriptive method which is deemed most appropriate using questionnaire checklist as a data gathering instrument.
