In the Philippines, in the past years the concept of security and safety was not given priority. Today it is being recognized and felt as a need, On the survey conducted by the proponents .42 percent of the respondents have watched, read and heard news that show how important the security device and gadgets. Indeed, media reports in television, prints and radio relatively tackling about crimes happening all over the place have an impact and the fact that some of the law offenders learned to be more innovative, knows how to use the technology and very smart. The local Philippines National Police of Rodriguez based on their statistics stated that out of 297,222 population there is a 426 of crime volume with an average of 17.92 percent average of crimes monthly as of January to August 2014 statistics, they also asserted based on their observation that there is an increase of crimes in the area.
