The proposed name of the project will be known as "CHILLUX FLAIR (Mobile Bar and Liquor Mixing)" that came from a retail business establishment "BAR" that serves alcoholic drink. The term "BAR" is derived from the specialized counter on which drinks are served. There have been many names throughout history for establishments where people gather to drink alcoholic beverages. Even when an establishment uses a different name, such as "TAVERN", the establishment where the bartender pours or mixes alcoholic beverages is normally called "THE BAR". The proponents agreed to form a partnership. It classified as "Limited Partnership", where the partners could either be limited and general partners. A Limited Partnership is a form of partnership similar to a general partnership, except that in addition to one or more general partners. It is a partnership, which only one is required to be a general partner, it manage and control authority to bind the partnership.

In establishing this project proposal, this will be a useful guide and effective medium for learning and understanding the principle, practices and methods of the business areas. Moreover, this a simple and direct practice to become successful entrepreneur in future career.
