The objective of the study was to determine the level of implementation of work life balance to the employee of Commission on Audit Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City. The subject of the study were the employees of Commission On Audit Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City. The study was conducted during the Second Semester of School Year 2016-2017.
The researchers used Descriptive method to gather information about the issue. It involved collection of data using survey questionnaires and focus group discussion to answer questions concerning the current status of the study, particularly implementation of work life balance at Commission on Audit at Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.
The following statistical treatments were used. Frequency and Percentage distribution were used to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of Civil Status, Length of Service, Age and Sex. Mean and Rank Distribution were used for the assessment of the implementation of work life balance in terms of Job and Workplace Flexibility, Time Management and Work and Family. On the other hand, Qualitative Approach was used to determine the Problems met in Implementation of Work Life Balance at COA.
