The primary objective of the study is to assess the implementation of Equal Employment Opportunity among private companies at Quezon City.
The study employed descriptive method of research which was fact finding method of adequate interpretation. Data were gathered from face to face interview with the respondents. The instrument used was guide questions validated by the experts. The data given were answers to the questions stated in the Statement of the Problem. They were carefully analyzed and interpreted.
From the gathered data, the following were the summarized findings, the respondents were three HR Heads from three private companies.
On how the respondents understood the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO). Some respondents agreed that it means as equal opportunities to all employees regardless of their physical appearance, sex, color, and race, indeed, they avoided discrimination. In terms of salary, the companies gave what was due to their employees. Fair benefits were also given to them.
