The University through the College of Agriculture selected and screened the student who will participate in the training program. Two students from URS Rodriguez namely Jerald P. Tadena and John Emmanuel S. Ycay were one of the lucky students in the University who joined the Internship Training Program in Israel.
The State University and Colleges - Association of Colleges of Agriculture in the Philippines (SUC-ACAP) are participated in this program of AgroStudies, by sending 260 selected student enrolled in the Philippine that undergo Internship Training Program. Agrostudies is otherwise known as the International Center for Agriculture Studies in Israel which provides advanced studies and training in various agricultural areas for trainees from south-east Asian developing countries in Israel. The main goal of the Agrostudies program is teaching practical modern knowledge on how the agriculture being applied in Israel.
