The project was entitled "JMR Hog Finishing Project. The project was conducted at Center Ville, Rodriguez, Rizal where an existing pig pen was owned by one of the proponents
The project was limited to one cycle operation. It was started on July 10, 2014 and ended on December 14, 2014 The project was composed of eight (😎 heads which composed of five(5) males and three (3) females The breed of the stock raised in the project was a cross breed of Duroc and Large white. Stocks were purchased at Norzagaray, Bulacan at two thousand pesos (P2000.00) per head
The cleaning and disinfection of the pig pen was done two days before purchasing the stocks. The pen was disinfected with a solution of 25 gram of chlonne dissolved in 10 liters of water to remove the harmful microorganisms that exist in the pen that cause diseases Supplies and renovating materials were purchased at the nearby market and agricultural outlet.
