Dissertation note: GSTHESIS Master of Arts in Education Major in Educational Management University of Rizal System, Rodriguez, Rizal year of 2020 Summary: This study aimed to determine the level of implementation of Child Protection Policy among the DepEd Schools of Rodriguez, Rizal in the year 2019- 2020. It was participated in by 21 schools and 210 respondents who comprised the clientele and committee. Descriptive method was used in this study to gather data utilizing quantitative and qualitative design. Questionnaire checklist and Interview guide were anchored on DepEd order number 40 series of 2012 known as Child Protection Policy. Afterwards these were validated by experts to answer the problems on policy implementation in terms of prohibited acts, procedures in handling cases, functions of child protection committee and sanctions To ensure the reliability of data, the following statistical treatments were used Weighted Mean was applied to measure the level of implementation of the Child Protection Policy as perceived by Committee and Clientele. The t-test was used to test the null hypothesis for a significant difference between committee and clientele in their perceptions on the level of implementation of the Child Protection Policy. Data were gathered through interview to answer the challenges and concerns posed From the gathered data, the following findings were drawn. On the level of implementation of the Child Protection Policy in terms of prohibited acts, procedures in handling cases and sanctions were all verbally interpreted very highly implemented with general weighted means of 4.34, 4.40 and 4.33. respectively while in terms of function of Child Protection Committee it had 4.17 general weighted mean verbally interpreted as highly implemented. On the significant difference between the committee and the clieritele on the perceive implementation of the Child Protection Policy, it was found not significant wherein the p value of 912 was higher than 0.05 level of confidence. On the issues and concerns in the implementation of the Child Protection Policy lack of qualified personnel to handle prevailing cases surfaced most that resulted to unorganized system in handling cases. This happened probably due to lack of training and seminars of Child Protection Policy (CPC) members. Based on the enumerated findings, the following conclusions are formulated Public schools are supportive to the child Protection Policy Indeed. they ensured its full implementation. Both the committee and the clientele have positive perceptions on the implementation of the Child Protection. The concerned authorities and stakeholders involved in the implementation of Child Protection Policy have the capability of overcoming the concerns and issues occurring in the implementation of Child Protection Policy
