The implementation of School-Based Management provided impactful results essential in the delivery of basic quality education thereby benefiting diverse learners and the school community.
This study aimed to determine the implementers' perspectives on School-Based Management practices in Quezon City as basis for an enhanced implementation plan. Three schools were involved which comprised of Dona Elementary School, Payatas B Elementary School and Raymundo Punong Bayan Elementary School. These schools were categorized as large, medium and small school respectively. Teachers composed of Teacher I, II and III, Master teachers, chairpersons of each principle, and SBM coordinators were the respondents of the study.
