The study aimed to develop and validate worksheets in Grade 11 Physical Science. This study focused on the development of Physical Science leaming worksheets, employing the least-mastered competencies during the third quarter of Physical Science during the first quarter of the second semester as the basis for the worksheets. During the school year 2023-2024, participants included Grade 11 Physical Science students from San Mateo Rizal Senior High School Division of Rizal. A purposive sampling technique was employed for this study.

contending that there is a substantial shift occurring in both the nature of knowledge transmission and the role of educators.
Descriptive-evaluative method of research was utilized in this study to collect the data needed from Grade 11 Physical Science students. For the evaluation of the worksheets' face validity, content validity, reliability, difficulty index, discrimination index, and distracter efficacy, a descriptive-evaluative method of study was used. Descriptive research-also known as statistical research aims to present phenomena as they are currently occurring, according to Akhtar and Islamia (2016). This methodology is applied to identify and collect inforrnation on the characteristics of a given topic, offering perspectives on its

current state, and describing "what is" in terms of factors or conditions within a framework.
The findings showed the need for additional training on topics including molecular polarity, intermolecular forces, and cleaning chemical components. Face validity, content validity, and reliability were highly regarded in the worksheets, with a "good reliability" score of 0.896. For the difficulty and discrimination indexes, several items must be revised. Teachers should concentrate on difficult concepts and utilize focused teaching tactics to increase the usefulness of the worksheets. To maintain proper challenge levels, low difficulty, and discrimination scores should be modified. It's also critical to create diversions that effectively assess student comprehension and avoid confusion. Providing high-quality instruction and capturing students' attention also requires ongoing assessments and training for educators.
