This study aimed to determine the intervention programs provided to the affected families of the typhoon Paeng in Sitio Kislatan, Barangay Mascap Rodriguez, Rizal.
Through identifying these intervention programs to the affected families, knowing if it either satisfies or lacks the necessities of the people during the typhoon Paeng, the underlying problems that come with the factors which are mostly overlooked by the people of the community and the government will be addressed properly and taken into action. This study used a qualitative research method, discussion through interview and survey questionnaire in order to recognize that each experience and situation is unique and to better capture the objective of the study through the respondents.
After the interview process through survey questionnaire, the researchers have gathered data and information. There were 15 respondents who answered and were interviewed through the questionnaire, the researches created a table that will show the result of each respondents' answers and response to the questions. The data that the table 1 shows is the frequency and percentage distribution of respondents in terms of years of residency which states that 80% or 12 of the 15 selected respondents have already been living in Sitio Kislatan for 10 years and above, followed by 20% or 3 respondents with 7 years to 9 years of residency in Sitio Kislatan.
