Organization serve as extension of classroom where learning happens more in empirical manner. Indeed all their activities are significant not only to them but to the school as well.

The study focused on evaluating the performance of student organizations and its implication for the development of the University of Rizal System Rodriguez Campus. Respondents of the study are the selected members of the 14 accredited student organizations, their organizational advisers, staff, faculty, and selected school administrators of the campus.

The descriptive correlational and phenomenological designs were used in the study to meet its objectives. An instrument was utilized for quantitative data using Google Forms and interviews for the qualitative data. The study is limited only to the variables identified in the implementations of the student projects within the campus. Data and results of the study were obtained only on the student organizations accredited to the University of Rizal System - Rodriguez Campus effective at academic year 2020-2023

Based on the analysis and interpretation of data gathered, the findings are hereby summarized. There are fourteen (14) active students organization existing in the University of Rizal System Rodriguez Campus. The performance of student organizations at the University of Rizal System Rodriguez Campus is generally strong.
