These particoperits were the students taking the Office Administration course at the University of Rizal System (Rodriguez) campus. Furthermore, the manner of selection of the participants had been utilized by the process of indusion and exclusion. The researchers transcribed all the data after the interview and sorted the data using a table that contains the following: problem, themes, and participants answers. Also, employed member checking to validate the findings, ensure accuracy and resonance with the participants' responses, and guarantee that the results accurately reflected their experiences. The findings are summarized as follows: Participants in the study expressed their overall satisfaction and comfort with studying the BSOA course. However, it was worth mentioning that some participants initially felt uneasy about enrolling in the course due to their lack of prior knowledge of office administration. They not only highlighted their level of comfort but also shared their personal challenges and difficulties encountered during their study journey that increases their stress level. They shed light on the various ways in which gender influenced the process of course selection. They pointed out that gender impacted aspects such as socializing but did not affect their learning capacity or personal development. This highlighted the importance of providing a fair and inclusive learning environment in educational institutions. Additionally, they could help identify potential areas for improvement and how to create better opportunities for BSOA students to pursue the course. The participants' belief that gender should not be a deciding factor in the learning process was based on the fact that they felt that both genders had equal opportunities to learn and develop their skills. Based on the findings of the study and formulated conclusions, the researchers made the following recommendations: Students, the results of this study will assist students in understanding the Office Administration course and provide them with information about any challenges they may face while enrolling. Additionally, this information will aid them in making a decision about whether to take this. Professors, this study will help them continue the beliefs that enrolling in Office Administration courses is completely free and open to everyone. The results of this endeavor will educate professors on how to interact with their students. Future Researchers, can rely on this study and use it as a reference to have a thorough grasp of enrolling in office administration courses. It will provide them with concepts regarding potential outcomes and opportunities that will be beneficial in the near future.
