3. Based on the findings of the study as revealed on the significant difference in the attitude towards English of the respondents, show that the computed 1-value 0.09 is less than the tabular value of 2.01 at 0.05 level of significance, thus the null hypothesis is accepted and reveals a none significant difference. It implies that the attitude towards learning English of the respondents has none significant difference with the sex and the attitude towards English. Next, the value of F obtained was 3.56 under 0.05 level of significance and the obtained tabular value was 2.66 since the obtained F was greater than the obtained tabular value, the null hypothesis under 0.05 level of significance is rejected. Thus, there is a significant difference between the attitude towards English and age. Lastly, the value of F obtained was 1.40 under 0.05 level of significance and the obtained tabular value was 2.4. Since the obtained F was less than the tabular value, the null hypothesis under 0.05 level of significance is accepted. Thus, there is none significant difference in terms of grade point average and attitude towards English.
