Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Bachelor of Elementary Education-Content Course University of Rizal System, Rodriguez, Rizal 2016 Summary: This study aimed to trace the graduates of Bachelor of Elementary Education in University of Rizal System Rodriguez School Year 2010-2014 The respondents were 126 graduates of Bachelor of Elementary Education of University of Rizal System School Year 2010-2014 Descriptive method of research was utilized using the questionnaire-checklist to obtain the needed facts, data and information. Frequency Distribution and percentage utilized to get the number of the respondents by year. From the gathered data, the following were the findings drawn: On the profile of the respondents in terms of age, the highest number of the respondents, were those whose ages ranged from 21 to 23 with a frequency of 36 of 28.57 percent Year 2011 has the highest number of respondents with a frequency of 37. In terms of Sex the females outnumbered males wherein the former had a frequency of 20 of 15 87 percent Year 2011 had the highest frequency of 38. In terms of Civil Status Mamed outnumbered single wherein the former had a frequency of 52 or 41.26 percent. Year 2011 had the highest frequency of 39. In terms of Employers DepEd outnumbered private wherein the former had a frequency of 36 or 28.57 percent while the latter was 00 or 71.42 percent Meanwhile, Year 2011 had the highest frequency of 38. It was followed by 2014 with a frequency of 35. Next was 2012 with a frequency of 23. Then, 2013 had a frequency of 18. Lastly was 2010 with a frequency of 12. In terms of Business Address the highest number of the respondents were those whose works at public with a frequency of 82 or 65.07 percent. Year 2011, had the highest number of respondents with a frequency of 38. In terms of Length of Service, the highest number of the respondents were those who had serve for 1 to 3 years with a frequency of 95 or 75,39percent Year 2011 had the highest number of respondents with a frequency of 38 In terms of Eligibility licensure exam outnumbered civil service wherein the former had a frequency of 125or 99.20 percent. Year 2011 had the highest frequency of 38. In terms of Designation, Call Center Agent outnumbered Teaching wherein the former had a frequency of 10 or 7.93 percent. Year 2011 had the highest frequency of 33 in terms of Position the highest number of the respondents were those whose position was teachers 1 with a frequency of 101 or 80.15 percent, Year 2011 had the highest number of respondents with Sequency of in terms of Monthly Income, the highest number of the respondants were those whose income ranged 17 to 18 thousand with a frequency of 75 or 59.52 percent in terms of Nature of Appointment, highest numbers of the respondents were those in permanent appointment with a frequency of 96 or 76 18 percent Year 2011 had the highest number of respondents with a frequency of 42. In terms of Job Performance satisfied outnumbered very satisfied wherein the former had a frequency of 47 or 37.30 percent Year 2011 has the highest frequency of 37. On the problems encountered in work, the highest numbers of the respondents were those in lack of facilities with a frequency of 30 On the solutions utilized to solve the problems, the highest number of the respondents were those in additional budget with a frequency of 61 or 48.41% percent. Year 2011 had the highest number of the respondents with a frequency of 39. It is followed by 2014 with a frequency of 30 In the lights of the findings, it was concluded that most of the female respondents belong to middle age, married and eligible. They have been working in public for three years and have been receiving average salary, most of the graduates are satisfied in their work. They found Lack of facilities and low salary are some of the problems encountered by the graduates, additional budget is seen by them as solution to the problem the following were hereby recommended To the Students since acquiring a good quality and well-developed leaming is important, it is a must for them to cope with the modern times, they should continuously seek to improve and enhance their skills so that if they already graduated it would not hard for them to find jobs relative to their chosen field. To the Teachers they should never stop educating students, and enhancing their skills to achieve their goals in life. They should be aware of the strength and weaknesses of each student to know the nature of the maximum learning performance. To the Administration they should provide, a worthwhile curriculum planning that promotes learning, as for the best result of student's performance. To the Parents they should always support all the needs of their children and guide them all the time. To the Future Researchers they may conduct the same study using other possible variables in order to deepen in tracing those graduates relative to the study.
