It sought to provide a better understanding of how these three variables influenced the choices and purchasing behavior of local consumers when it came to milk tea products. Given the growing demand and popularity of milk tea among various age groups, especially among the youth and working professionals, this study also hoped to identify trends and patterns that could be beneficial to both existing and emerging milk tea businesses in the area.
