This study investigates the cash management practices of local grocery stores in Binangonan, Rizal, focusing on their approaches to cash receipts, disbursements, and overall cash control for the calendar year 2024. Given the significant role of cash flow in the daily operations and financial stability of small businesses, effective cash management is essential for sustaining operations, meeting financial obligations, and enabling growth. The research identifies the profiles of grocery store owners and their businesses, including variables such as
age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, length of service, position, form of business, years in business, and number of employees. Employing a descriptive research method, data were gathered through surveys and questionnaires administered to registered grocery store owners and cashiers/clerks.
