The researchers used a descriptive method in determining the financial
performance of SNMPC and a quantitative analysis that were used as a guide to measure the degree of association between different variables under
consideration. This method can reduce personal bias and increase objectivity in the findings. All the necessary data were collected from SNMPC audited financial
statements. The SNMPC served a six-year period as the instrument in collecting
data.
