In gathering the data needed for the feasibility study, the researchers used a Google Form and a questionnaire to conduct a survey in Don Jose Ynares Sr. Memorial National High School, Margarito Duavit Memorial National High School, Vicente Madrigal National High School, Mahabang Parang National High School, Binangonan Elementary School, Calumpang Elementary School, Dona Susana Madrigal Elementary School, and Darangan Elementary School to know whether the young people were willing to buy Plant-based Tofu Nuggets. The total population is 30,263. As a result, the total percentage who are willing to buy Plant-based Tofu Nuggets is 92%. This implies that the majority of students from Public Schools in Binangonan, Rizal, are interested in purchasing Plant-based Tofu Nuggets. In terms of demand and supply, the annual demand for the Establishment of Plant- based Tofu Nuggets is 27,842. The yearly supply of the Establishment of Plant- based Tofu Nuggets is 13,824. The demand and supply will increase by 5% every year. There were six packs of Plant-based Tofu Nuggets per school. The Establishment of Plant-Based Tofu Nuggets operates from 5 am to 1 pm, Monday to Saturday. The establishment prepares a batch of Plant-based Tofu Nuggets in advance, meaning the ones produced on Saturday will be sold on Monday and will continue for the rest of the week. The researchers' asked the schools what their preferred delivery times are.
