This study aimed to determine the effects of modern office technology to the work performance of senior employees abreast with the utilization of modern office technology.
The respondents of the study were fifteen (15) senior employees in Human Resource Division of the Philippine Heart Center and thirty-five (35) senior employees Personnel Division of the Land Registration Authority in Quezon City. It was conducted during the first semester of the school year 2011-2012. The descriptive method of research was employed in this study using questionnaire-checklist as the main instruments.
The obtained results from the statistical treatment were tallied, computed and interpreted using the appropriate statistical treatment. Frequency and rank distribution were used to analyze the general profile of the respondents. Mean was used to know the

ANOVA was used to know the significant difference between the profile of the respondents and the work performance of senior employees abreast with the utilization of modern office technology.
From the analysis and interpretation of data, the obtained results were summarized as follows:
On the profile of the respondents in terms of age most of the respondents belonged to age bracket 50 years old and above with a frequency of 18 or 36%, in terms of sex, females outnumbered males wherein the former had a frequency of 30 or 60% while the latter had a 20 or 40%; in terms of length of service, 16 or 32 percent had been serving the company for 10 or 15 years while only 4 or 8 percent, the least in rank, had been in the service for 36 years and above.
On the work performance of senior employees abreast with the utilization of modern office technology in terms of productivity, effectiveness and efficiency were all verbally interpreted highly affected wherein the average mean were 4.19, 4.25 and 4.16 respectively. Majority of Senior Employees has already known the work flow inside of their company according to their length of service.
On the significant difference, it was revealed that there was significant difference between work performance of senior employees abreast with the utilization of modern office technology in terms of Length of Service but not in Age and Sex.
From the consolidated findings and conclusions the following recommendations Senior Employee of the Philippine Heart Center and Land are hereby offered: Registration Authority should broaden their knowledge about the new trends of Modern

Office Technologies so that they can maintain their good work performance. They should also train and guide their senior employees in using modern office technology so they can cope up with the demand of the new generation of office works. Schools should ensure that their students are updated and well familiarized with the modern office technologies so that their graduates are competitive enough in looking for employment. Future Researchers can use other possible variables if ever they want to replicate this research.
