Human Resources Management Practices on Work Motivation of Employees in The Municipal Government of Binangonan Rizal / Angelito C. Estioco

The researchers utilized the descriptive method of research and used a questionnaire checklist as the primary instrument for collecting data. The researchers determined the perception of 138 respondents and utilized the statistical measures such as frequency, percentage, and rank distribution to establish the profile of the respondents, weighted mean to determine the perception of the respondents, and one-way analysis of variance, ANOVA, to determine if there is a significant difference between the perception of the respondents and their profile. The findings with respect to the personal profile of the respondents showed that 4 out 10 of the respondents in the Municipal Government of Binangonan Rizal were mostly adult aged 46 years old above, predominantly female, college graduate, and most of them have served the institution have a length of service of 4 years to 10 years. The results also revealed that the Human Resource Management practices on work motivation of employees in Municipal Government of Binangonan Rizal, the overall perception of respondents on item 1 Hygiene Factors and item 2 Motivational Factors both shared in first rank with a mean of 4.21 and verbally interpreted as "Always". The findings further revealed that there is no significant difference on the respondents perception of Human Resource Management practices on work motivation when grouped according to their profile such as age, sex, civil status, highest educational attainment, gross income, length of service, position level, and status of employment. Based on the findings of the study, the researchers concluded that the overall perception of respondents on Human Resource Management on work motivation of employees of Municipal Government of Binangonan is positive. In the light of the following findings and conclusions derived from the study, the following recommendations are hereby given; Continue to practice approaches that motivate employees in their work. Consider those practices that way also influences employee's performance at work. May adopt the proposed model on work motivation.
