The type of business ownership of Scoops Ahoy will be a partnership between four (4) founders namely, Sahada A. Acon, Cheryl P. Cinco, Catherine J. Colina, and Crissanta L. Estares. The proponents wantto establish a business that complements the taste of every customer. The idea for Scoops Ahoy was conceived by owners who shared a common love for ice cream. They recognized the untapped potential among customers for a unique ice cream business that caters to rich and diverse flavors. With insights from market research in hand, the owners of Scoops Ahoy worked to develop a concept that would cherish the flavors with creative and unique twists. This study entitled "ESTABLISHMENT OF SCOOPS AHOY IN XRC SQUARE MARKET IN MONATAÑA RODRIGUEZ, RIZAL" would mainly focus to the following: (1) To continuously Innovate and Introduce new, Unique ice creams flavors and products. (2) To consider dietary preferences and trends such as offering dairy-free or low sugar options. (3) To utilize social media, digital advertising, and traditional marketing channels to promote Scoops Ahoy. (4) To Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance skills and job satisfaction. (5) To explore eco-friendly packaging and sourcing options. (6) To analyze consumer preferences and trends in the ice cream industry. The founders of Scoop Ahoy ice cream have created an Article of Partnership that outlines each partner's equal contribution to the business's capital requirements and the agreed-upon terms of the partnership. The sources of capital came from each owner amount to P255, 594,15 each, 25% ratio as the starting capital with a total amount of P1, 022, 376, 60 to operate the entire business. The business has two (2) employees: Regular employees include Staff 1 and Staff 2, Regular employees have one rest day and 9 hours working days. The business will operate from Tuesday to Sunday with operating hours from 10:00AM to 9:00 PM. The proposed business will operate six working days a week and twenty-four days in a month. The salary of the employees amounts to P400.00 daily, P7,200.00 monthly, and P86,400.00 yearly. The pricing strategy that will be used in the business is Cost based Pricing, the simplest pricing method is cost plus pricing which is adding average mark-up to the cost of the product. The business will be located in the XRC square market in Montaña, Burgos Rodriguez, Rizal. In today's era, XRC square market is one of the famous community malls, to which a huge number of people are always passing by. The target market of the business are the residents of Montalban, Rizal, age starts from 10 years old and above. Employment status of the respondents are student, employee, unemployed and prefer not to say. The promotional campaigns for Scoop's Ahoy are online marketing (such as Facebook page posts), free tastings, word of mouth, and printed marketing materials (distribution of flyers for customers). The production process for Scoop's Ahoy involves several stages, starting with the purchasing of raw materials, followed by the inspection of delivered goods. Subsequent steps include the preparation of raw ingredients, proper waste disposal, sanitation of equipment and hands, cooking, packaging, and the efficient serving of Scoop's Ahoy products to customers, available for both dine-in and take-out options. The company's financial analysis comprises financial statements such as cost of good sold, project income statements, projected cash flows, projected balance sheet, financial ratios and profitability ratios. The financial elements that make up the business are interconnected as they all use numerical figures to analyze the business' financial status. in the year of business operation, it can generate P2,229,667.20, in sales, P362,534.40, in income, P2,689,209.02 in cash and a total balance sheet of 2,738,848.81.
