It is e food business inspired by the Pastil, a delicacy from the Philippines that our Muslim brothers and sisters from Maguindanao it aims to provide a reasonable price and high-quality products which satisfy its customers. The business primarily intends to serve the residents, students, staff, and visitors around Montalban Town Center The products are designed to be convenient and easy to prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Da Sol of Hiraya offers Meals (Chicken Sol, Pork Sol, Beef Sol, and Bangus Sol), Add-ons (Sisig Tofu Tipid, Tuna Shanghai, and Veggie Shanghai), Refreshers (Gulaman, Chocolate, and Melon Palamig) and Bundles (Combination of any Sol Meal, Refreshers and Lumpla Series). The business was established as a collaboration between four (4) proponents and encompasses various objectives to deliver its success and sustainability. One of the primary objectives of any business is to generate profit. This involves managing costs effectively, setting competitive pricing, and ensuring a steady revenue stream. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations is crucial for its success. Providing high-quality and delicious meals. excellent service, and a positive overall experience can lead to customer loyalty and positive word-of-mouth Staying competitive in the food industry often requires innovation. This entails creating unique menu itens, adopting new cooking techniques, or incorporating trends to differentiate the business from competitors. Training and retaining skilled staff are the core requirements. Happy and well-trained employees contribute to an engaging environment, which in tum, enhances customer satisfaction. The employees will be receiving the mandated minimum wage for 8 hours of work and will have 1 hour of break time. Moreover, both staff will be given monthly contributions for SSS, PhilHealth, and PAG-IBIG. The stall will be situated on the first floor, in front of Japan Home Center, Building 2 of Montalben Town Center. The procedures are similar to how the Passtil is cooked. The only distinction is the shredded technique wherein the business utilized ground meat. Supplies including dried and wet ingredients and packaging will be purchased in the Montalban Public Market. In times of unavailability, the proponents will resort to Robinson Supermarket.
