Threame business comes from the materials used in the product, which are "threads" and "names," and came up with the word "Threame." The Threame products will have six variants, which are Buttersun Light. Beros Light. Rower Light, Vestar Light, Molea Light, and Mors Light. Each variant has two size categories, which are normal size and mini size. The Threame business is offering and providing unique products to customers in the market. The rationale of this business is to promote the nature of arls and crafts in the market, encourage customers to express their creativity, and make the product more meaningful for them. The business is located at E Rodriguez High-Way, San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal. The proponents chose the store location because it is more accessible for the target market and to the customers. The map of the location of the store will be shown on page 9, figure 2. The proponents objective in establishing the business is to promote arts and crafts to the customers, promote quality products, and introduce new kinds of gifts and house designs. The Threame business was established in the form of partnership where all of the partners will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. The partnership, which contains three people, namely Sherilyn Ehrismann, Niñalyn Epil, and John Vincent Valenzuela, will share an equal amount of capital, profit, and expenses in the business. The amount that the three business partners contribute will be 134,996.03 pesos. The total amount of the initial capital of the business partners would be 404,988.08 pesos The Threame business will have two employees, which are the store head/cashier and the product maker. The store head/cashier will be in charge of keeping the money for the business in daily operation, providing guidance on how best to handle a task while maintaining positive customer satisfaction and a strong relationship between the business and its customers, guiding and managing business operations, and keeping the workplace safe, secure, and compliant. The product maker will be in charge of the whole process of making a product from step one up to the last step, observe business quality and safety standards, be in charge of the business production process, and ensure the quality of the products that the business produces. The business will operate from Monday to Sunday at 9:00 am. to 9:00 p.m. The employees will work twelve (12) hours a day and have one (1) hour of lunch. They will have one day of rest every week. The Threame business will provide govemment contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. The contribution for each employee in SSS will be P675.00 each, in PhilHealth it will be P375.38, and in Pag-IBIG it will be P300.30. Proponents used flyers, posters, word of mouth, and social media as marketing strategies to promote the products of Threame. The 4P's would be products, price, promotion, and place. The products should be unique in the market; the price of each product should be computed after computing the total cost and markups, the promotion will be done through flyers, posters, word of mouth, and postings on social media, and lastly, the place should be accessible to the target market and customers. The procedure for making the product would be to bend the aluminum wire to create letters, depending on the kind of fonts that the customers want. If the aluminum wire forms the target word, it will be set aside The next step is using the knitted machine, the customer's preferred color of yarn will be put inside of it to make a cover for aluminum wire. The finished knitted yarm and the fairy lights will cover the aluminum wire. Then start to add decorations depending on the variant that the customers availed of. Lastly, start to pack the product using the clear box. The target market of Threame is those people age 13 and older who love and have an appreciation for arts and crafts. The suppliers of raw materials for Threame depend on where and what store has a cheaper price for raw materials. The total cost of the project amounts to P404,988.08, which includes facilities and equipment, supplies and other materials, as well as operating expenses of Threame. The business is expected to receive a gross income in the first year amounting to P2,028,600.00, while the total expenses of Threame is amount to P1,536,662.32, and the income tax payable is P98,387.54. The net income in the first year will be P393,550.14. The cash payback period is the time frame needed to recover the initial investment of the proponents in the project. The payback period of the project is 0.8. It indicates that the capital investment made by the proponents will be recovered after 8 months of business operation.
