Specifically, it aimed to design and construct Detachable Metal Sheet Bender with Drill Plate Cutter out of locally available materials, performed try-out and revision; evaluated the level of performance in terms of accuracy and speed, determined the level of acceptability of Detachable Metal Sheet Bender with Drill Plate Cutter and existing Metal Sheet Bender with Cutter in terms of design, durability, functionality, safety and maintenance, and usefulness, and also determined the significant difference between the level of acceptability of developed Detachable Metal Sheet Bender with Drill Cutter and existing Metal Sheet Bender in terms of aforementioned variables. This study was conducted at the University of Rizal System Morong Campus by the students of Bachelor of Technology major in Civil Technology during the academic year A.Y. 2023-2024. There were two groups of respondents consisting of four (4) Civil Technology experts, two (2) Mechanical Technology experts, two (2) Automotive Technology experts, two (2) HVACR Technology experts with a total of ten (ten) experts while the end users were ten (10) Civil Technology students, five (5) Mechanical Technology students, and five (5) Automotive Technology students. In terms of designing and constructing the Detachable Metal Sheet Bender with Drill Plate Cutter, the materials needed can be acquired locally in hardware stores. Through try-out and revision, three defects were found, the Detachable Metal Sheet Bender with Drill Plate Cutter reached functional output and attained objectives. In terms of the level of performance of Detachable Metal Sheet Bender with Drill Plate Cutter and existing Metal Sheet Bender with Cutter it was verbally interpreted as very accurate in terms of bending and fast in terms of cutting . In terms of the level of acceptability of Detachable Metal Sheet Bender with Drill Plate Cutter it was verbally interpreted as very acceptable, extremely durable, extremely functional, extremely safe and maintainable, and extremely useful by Civil Technology students and experts. In terms of the level of acceptability of existing Metal Sheet Bender it was verbally interpreted as very acceptable, very durable, very functional, very safe and maintainable, and very useful by Civil Technology students and experts. There is a significant difference on the level of acceptability of the Detachable Metal Sheet Bender with Drill Plate Cutter and the existing Metal Sheet Bender with Cutter in terms of design, durability, functionality, safety and maintenance, and usefulness, therefore the null hypothesis was rejected.
