Thesis "Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial Management" URS 2024
"The study aimed to determine the financial management practices of micro, small, and medium enterprises in Barangay Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal. The researchers applied the descriptive method of research involving 30 respondents, and utilized the questionnaire checklist as a main instrument in gathering the data. The statistical treatment used in the study were percentage, weighted mean and One-Way ANOVA were utilized to analyze the data gathered. Majority of the respondents are female, collage graduates and are managers with experiences of 2 - 5 years in service as owner/manager. Most of them are over 31 - 40 years old. In terms of businesses, the majority of them are engaged in providing services as sole proprietorship operating from 10 years and above with initial capital of PhP50,000,001 and above. Majority of the respondent businesses has estimated present capital of PhP3,000,000. Personal savings are the majority of their sources of capital for their business. The study concludes that there is no significant difference in determining the financial management practices of the selected micro, small, and medium enterprises in Barangay Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal when grouped according to profile of the business in terms of nature of the business, forms of business organization, sources of capital, and capital requirements. "
