GSTHESIS MASTER OF ARTS IN EDUCATION MAJOR IN EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT UNIVERSITY OF RIZAL SYSTEM 2024
This study aimed to determine the leadership skills of school heads and teachers' performance in public elementary schools in Taytay-Sub Office, Division of Rizal during the School Year 2023-2024. The study utilized quantitative research design and used a modified- adopted questionnaire checklist to gather responses. The subjects of the study were the ten public elementary schools consisting of one hundred fifty-five teachers from kinder to grade six and ten school heads with a total of one hundred sixty-five respondents. They were described in terms of age, sex, highest educational attainment, length of service, and position. The perception of the respondents on the leadership skills of the school heads in public elementary school in Taytay Sub-office, Division of Rizal was measured with respect to leading strategically, managing school operations and resources, developing others, focusing on teaching and learning, and building connection.
