of barangay officials in the 40 barangays of Binangonan Rizal. The total of 99
respondents were used to determine the age, sex, highest educational attainment, position, and years of service. And home, community and self as the aspects for determining the extent of assessing the work-life balance of
barangay officials.
The study used the descriptive research method utilizing the researchers
formulated questionnaire checklist as the primary tool to gather the needed information or data. The data gathered, tabulated, analyzed, interpreted was done using frequency, percentage and rank distribution. To determine the extent of assessing the work-life balance of barangay officials in Binangonan Rizal.
The researchers-made questionnaire checklist was used as an instrument
in gathering the data to determine the extent of assessing the work-life balance of barangay officials in Binangonan, Rizal. From the findings, the respondents are mostly aged 31 and above, mostly male, are college graduates, mostly barangay kagawad, and in service for 1-3 years. The extent of assessing the work-life balance of barangay officials are ""Strongly Agree"" in work, home, community and self. The profile of the respondents does not significantly affect their assessment in work-life balance.
Based on the summary and conclusions drawn, it is highly recommended
that they may conduct a seminar about the work-life balance every once in a while, the government should maintain the minimal work for employees to avoid the stress that might ruin the work-life balance and parallel studies may be conducted using other variables.
