The respondent's demographics were determined by age, sex, civil status, position, employment status years of service, eligibility, and technology used in office. Moreover, this study evaluates the extent of the respondent's perception in terms of management, information system, sociology, psychology, education and public administration. Significance difference between the extent of
respondents perceived the study according to their age, sex, civil status, position,
years of service, eligibility and Technology used in office. It also included the issues and challenges experienced by the respondents in technological adoption. A quantitative method and validated self-made questionnaire had been
utilized for this study and employed frequency, percentage, and rank distribution of the ten campuses of University of Rizal System (URS) office personnel. Also, weighted mean was used. Furthermore, one-way ANOVA was employed to determine the significance difference in extent of respondents perceived by the technology adoption.
The findings revealed that the majority of the respondents were female, aged between 30 and 35 years. Most had less than a year of service in the university, indicating a relatively young and dynamic workforce. Computers were the most widely used technological tool, followed by printers, scanners, and other basic office equipment. Across all domains, respondents strongly agreed on the importance and effectiveness of technology in streamlining office procedures.
As perceived by the respondents, it showed that most personnel have
adapted well to the use of digital platforms for communication, record-keeping, and document processing, leading to streamlined workflows and better service
delivery. Despite some challenges such as limited training and occasional
technical issues, the overall response to technology adaptation has been
positive. The willingness of office personnel to embrace change and continuous
learning has played a vital role in the successful implementation of new systems
and procedures.
