This study aimed to design and construct, perform try-out and revisions, evaluate the acceptability of the project in terms of functionality, compatibility, usability, reliability, security and maintainability. This study was conducted to at University of Rizal System Morong Year 2023-2024.Developmental, and descriptive methods were used this methods because these provide a systematic process that aids in conducting the study. A researcher-made questionnaire checklist was utilized to determine the level of acceptability of the device in terms of variables mentioned. In addition, a record sheet was created to determine the level of performance of the device. Try-out and revisions was also done by the researchers during construction period of the Developed Solar-Powered Floating Technology for Street Lightings. There were seventy (70) respondents consisting of ten (10) experts. The evaluators were selected through purposive sampling. The findings showed that the developed device in terms of functionality, compatibility, reliability, usability, security and maintainability. It is much accepted to end-users and expert. In terms of Functionality the device is much accepted to the end-users and expert. In terms of Usability, it is much accepted to end-users and expert. In terms of Compatibility and Reliability, it is much accepted to end user and expert. Lastly in terms of Security and Maintainability the Solar-Powered Floating Technology for Street Lightings is much accepted as perceived by the end-users and expert. With regards to the findings, there is no significant difference on the evaluation made by two groups of respondents on the level of acceptability of the Solar-Powered Floating Technology for Street Lightings with respect to functionality, compatibility, usability, reliability, security and maintainability.
