The descriptive research method was utilized, employing a questionnaire checklist as the primary instrument for data collection. Through this approach, the researchers successfully gauged the perception of 50 employees at Laura's Company. Various statistical treatments, including frequency, percentage, and rank distribution, were employed to establish the profile of the respondents. The researchers used a weighted mean to determine the respondents' perception, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was utilized to identify significant differences in the employee-respondents' perception regarding the employee engagement practices based on their personal profile. The findings regarding the personal profile of the respondents indicate that the majority fall within the age range of 21-30 years old, predominantly male, and single in civil status. Additionally, most have attained a high school level of education, are in regular employment status, and have a length of service of five year or less. Moreover, the findings showed that the employee engagement practices of Manpower Technical Services to its Clients Laura's Food Products Corporation in Angono, Rizal as perceived by the respondents had gained a grand mean of 4.17, and with a verbal interpretation of ""always practiced. Notably, the variable leadership and communication obtained the first rank with a grand mean of 4.33 and a verbal interpretation of ""always practiced"". The variable work environment and safety ranked next with generated grand mean of 4.14 and interpreted as ""always practiced"". The study further revealed a significant difference in the perceptions of employee-respondents regarding the variable ""Leadership and Communication"" based on their assigned department, number of training and seminars attended. ""Work Environment and Safety' in terms of status and employment. *Recognition and Rewards* based on their benefits received. Conversely, no significant differences were found in the respondents' perception concerning their age, gender, civil status, educational attainment, years of service, and awards/recognition received. Based on the findings of the study, the researchers concluded that the overall perception across all aspects was 4.17, indicating that employee engagement practices are generally ""Often Practiced"" within the organization. These findings suggest that while leadership, communication, and safety are strong points in the company's engagement efforts, there is room for improvement in recognition, rewards, and development opportunities to further enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Accordingly, the researchers recommend that Laura's Food Products Corporation prioritize open, frequent, and transparent communication to build trust and strengthen employee engagement, as leadership and communication were identified as key factors. The company should maintain timely and effective communication to improve employee attitudes. Clear safety protocols and regular workplace safety training must be upheld to ensure a safe and engaged workforce. Enhancing the rewards program with both monetary and non-monetary recognition is advised to boost morale and motivation. Training and development policies should remain inclusive and regularly assessed to meet employee needs and foster competitiveness. Additionally, strengthening support systems such as stress management programs and mental health resources is crucial to address psychological stress among employees.
