The primary objective of this study was to determine the perception of respondents regarding the job satisfaction of spa salon employees in Binangonan, Rizal. The researchers used the survey method of research utilizing a questionnaire checklist as the main instrument for gathering data, frequency. percentage, rank distribution, mean, and One Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) are the statistical tools to be used in line with the study. The collected data were treated, interpreted, and summarized. Presentation of comprehensive findings of the study will also be done. The findings on the profile of respondents revealed that the majority belonged to the age group of 25-34 years old, were predominantly female, and mostly married. In terms of educational attainment, most respondents were vocational or technical graduates. All respondents were under permanent or regular employment status, with the largest group having 1-3 years of service. The business profile of the respondents showed that most spa salons had been operating for 4-6 years, employed 7-9 workers, and primarily offered massage therapy, followed by nail services, sauna, and facial treatments. As to the respondents' perception of job satisfaction, the findings revealed that employees expressed a high level of satisfaction across all six dimensions. In terms of Achievement, employees strongly agreed that they felt i in their work and in providing quality services. For Recognition, they strongly agreed that management acknowledged their efforts and recognized their contributions. In terms of Advancement, respondents strongly agreed that they were given support, training, and opportunities to progress in their careers. Regarding salary, employees agreed that their pay was fair and competitive, although this factor ranked lower compared to others. For Working Conditions, respondents strongly agreed that they worked in a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment with access to proper tools and equipment. Lastly, in terms of Work Relationships, employees strongly agreed that they maintained supportive relationships with colleagues and supervisors, and teamwork was evident in their daily operations Accordingly, the researchers recommended that spa salon owners introduced performance-based incentives, such as bonuses, to reward employees for their efforts and further encouraged motivation. They also recommended that owners provide clear opportunities for career growth by establishing a structured promotion system and offering regular training programs to help employees develop their skills and advance in their careers. In addition,the researchers recommended that spa salon owners offered additional benefits, including non-monetary perks such as transportation allowances, meal subsidies, or health insurance, to enhance employees overall job satisfaction. Lastly, it was recommended that spa salon owners regularly reviewed their salary structures by conducting periodic assessments to ensure that wages remained fair and competitive in alignment with industry standards and the rising cost of living "
