The study sought to understand how these strategies contribute to maintaining an effective and motivated workforce within the organization. The researchers utilized the descriptive research method, employing a survey questionnaire and interviews as primary data-gathering tools. A total of 47 employees are the subject of the study, consisting mostly of individuals aged 26 to 33 years old with the percentage of 57.4%, predominantly are female accounted for 59.6%, and single, representing 66%. The majority were college graduates comprising 89.4%, had been with the company for 2 to 4 years constituting 57.4%, and were regular employees making up 93.6%, all holding the position of Research and Data Analyst. Results revealed that the respondents strongly agreed with the company's talent management practices, with mean scores of 4.62 for Talent Acquisition, 4.63 for Talent Attraction, 4.61 for Talent Development, and 4.63 for Talent Retention. These findings indicate that e-Pro Insights Back Office Solutions Co. Effectively implements comprehensive strategies in managing and nurturing its workforce. Accordingly, the researchers recommend that the company should maintain and enhance talent management strategies, especially in *talent development"" variable that create a stronger employee performance, increase job satisfaction, including the inclusion of career pathing and training programs. Despite the positive outcomes, the study recognizes the need for continuous improvement. Therefore, a proposed talent management framework was developed to further strengthen the company's existing strategies, ensure long-term employee engagement, and enhance organizational effectiveness. which the company may consider adopting.
